• Client Cooperation: Clients must provide all necessary financial information and documentation during the preliminary assessment phase.
• Exclusions: The promise does not cover unforeseen changes in the client’s financial situation that occur after the assessment (e.g., job loss, market downturns).

2. Unlimited Revisions Guarantee (45 Days)

Description: You can request unlimited revisions to your financial plan within the first 45 days of the engagement to ensure it perfectly aligns with your evolving needs.

Conditions:

• Engagement Period: The unlimited revisions apply only within the first 45 days of the initial engagement.
• Scope of Revisions: Revisions must fall within the original scope of the engagement. Any changes outside the initial scope may incur additional fees.
• Client Feedback: Clients must provide clear and specific feedback on the required revisions.

• The Unlimited Revisions Guarantee is intended to refine and improve the financial plan. It does not cover the creation of a completely new plan or major changes that fall outside the agreed-upon scope.

3. Uniqueness Promise

Description: Your financial plan will be uniquely tailored to your individual goals, circumstances, and preferences, providing a customized approach just for you.

Conditions:

• Initial Consultation: A comprehensive initial consultation will be conducted to gather detailed information about your financial situation and goals.
• Personalization: The financial plan will be developed based on the information provided during the consultation.

4. Transparency Promise

Description: We ensure complete transparency in all aspects of our services, from fees to recommendations, giving you clear and honest communication throughout.

Conditions:

• Fee Disclosure: All fees and costs will be disclosed upfront before the engagement begins.
• Conflict of Interest: Any potential conflicts of interest will be communicated clearly to the client.
• Access to Information: Clients will have full access to their financial plan documents, progress reports, and any other relevant information.

• While we strive for complete transparency, some future costs or changes may not be foreseeable at the time of the initial consultation. Aware Financial will communicate any new information as soon as it becomes available.

5. Money-Back Guarantee for Useful Financial Insights

Description: If you don’t receive any useful financial or actionable insights from your first completed planning session and you don’t wan’t to participate in the revision process, we will refund your money, no questions asked.

Conditions:

• Feedback Requirement: Clients must provide specific feedback on why they found the insights unhelpful.
• Timeframe: The refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial consultation or planning session.
• Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to new clients and cannot be used more than once per household.
• Choice of Satisfaction or Refund: The client has the choice to provide feedback and get the revisions they require or opt for the money-back guarantee.

Disclaimer:

• The Money-Back Guarantee is intended to ensure client satisfaction with the initial insights provided during the early-stage planning session. It does not cover dissatisfaction with subsequent implementation or ongoing management of the financial plan.

General Conditions and Limitations

• Eligibility: The Five-Point Guarantee is available to all new clients of Aware Financial. Existing clients or those who have previously engaged our services may not be eligible for certain guarantees.
• Documentation: Clients are required to sign a document acknowledging their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Five-Point Guarantee.
• Governing Law: These guarantees are governed by the laws of Canada and are subject to change in accordance with Canadian regulations and financial industry standards.
• Market Conditions: Changes in market conditions, interest rates, and the overall economy may occur during the initial engagement period, which may affect the outcomes of the financial plan. Aware Financial cannot be held responsible for such changes.

Severability Clause

In the event that any provision of this Disclaimer and Conditions document is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable, preserving the intent of the parties as closely as possible.
